Elijah Dillehay is a multi-faceted New York City based artist, performer, and teacher. She hails originally from a tiny farming community in the middle of nowhere, Tennessee. Elijah began her arts training with piano lessons at age seven. Dance, theatre, and voice quickly following. After a short stint at Nashville Ballet, Elijah attended The Boston Conservatory receiving a BFA in Contemporary Dance Performance. Some of her favorite performance credits include: Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (1st National Tour), The Other Two (HBO Max), and Clueless (LAB). Elijah is also a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. In December 2020, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Sonic Yoga in NYC. In Elijah’s class, she enjoys incorporating her dance background with functional movements that encourage proper alignment for equal parts strength and stretch. Currently, you can take her class at The Method Collective UWS in NYC. During her free time, you can find Elijah being the happiest dog mom in the world to her giant chocolate goldendoodle, Mackie.
